At CloudPoint Hospitality Solutions, I configure networks and equipment, train teams, troubleshoot issues, and support launches. I’m the main implementation contact for the Tampa region.
My official role is Implementation Specialist. Alongside delivery, I train new specialists and help guide implementation decisions for the local office.
A five-location troubleshooting story
During a complex five-location deployment, I helped resolve connectivity problems traced to failed Ethernet terminations and coastal cable corrosion. It’s a reminder that reliable technology depends on understanding the physical environment as well as the software.
Tampa Bay is home.

I’m Brayan Vega Simon. I like understanding how technology works—and finding ways to make it useful for the people around me.
That curiosity takes me from hospitality networks to software products and into information security. I’m studying Information Science at the University of South Florida, with an Information Security concentration, and expect to graduate in 2027.
For my next chapter, I’m interested in technology project management, product management, and network administration.
