I’m an Implementation Specialist who likes to follow a problem all the way through—from the first conversation to the network cable, the software, and the people using it.
Approximately 52 hospitality locations. From site survey through go-live and aftercare.
My official title is Implementation Specialist. I’m the main implementation contact for the Tampa region, and my responsibilities also include training new specialists and helping guide local implementation decisions.
I configure networks and equipment, build POS menus, train clients, coordinate fixes, and support launches on-site and remotely. The work connects the technical details with the people depending on them.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and application issues; document findings and communicate progress.
Prepare POS menus, payment devices, printers, kitchen displays, and related integrations.
Maintain configuration records and train specialists and end users.
A lesson from five locations ↗
During a complex five-location deployment, I helped resolve connectivity issues caused by failed Ethernet terminations and coastal cable corrosion. The fix started with understanding what was happening in the physical environment.
Building from experience
Products born from practical needs.
Then I built the tools.
When a process needs a better way to work, I want to understand what that could look like.
I independently created Cloudpoint Manage to organize restaurant implementations. Four specialists now use it to manage roughly 30 projects, with on-site notes, photos, digital reports, delivery receipts, and Outlook-connected scheduling. I also built a menu-photo converter for POS import spreadsheets.
I built Cloudpoint Portal from scratch to connect a cloud-hosted guest Wi-Fi experience with UniFi equipment. It currently serves two locations.
For Cloudpoint Connect, I built the backend, dashboards, and website editing workflows. Brian Barahona originated the concept and created the templates and front-page design. I now maintain all three products.

Keep asking how it works.
I’m studying Information Science with a concentration in Information Security.
In an academic lab, I created a two-virtual-machine environment and used Nmap and OpenVAS to explore network discovery and vulnerability assessment, including reviewing medium-severity findings.
I earned my A.A. in Computer Information Systems at Hillsborough Community College in 2024. Outside of coursework, I keep exploring new technology and AI-assisted development workflows through the things I build.
Tools I work with
UniFi · TP-Link Omada · ConnectWise · ScreenConnect · Windows · Google Workspace · SpotOn POS · Epson · Elo KDS · Parsec
Tools I’ve explored in the lab
Nmap · OpenVAS · Virtualized environments
The next chapter
More to learn. More to build.
I’m interested in opportunities in technology project management, product management, and network administration—roles where I can connect people, systems, and delivery.
